Pakistan is Our Mother Land

Majority of People of my country believe that in 1947Pakistan became an independent state. Actually it was partially wrong, Pakistan got the independence from British Roy but my country became the slave of America. The U.S.A gave us so many dollars that now our politicians are addidicted for them and there is no life without it. We always blame America and western countries that they are against us but actually they are doing their work properly. Who are the founders of Fake Jihad Groups? We are. As many people are suffering from drone attacks in Waziristan. The recent situation of Karachi that we are facing today, that people are dyeing without any reasons, there are many conflicts between the Urdu speaking people and who speaks different languages. These situation were in America before 200 years, it means that we behind 200 years than America. The only solution is that in my views that we start preaching and encouraging others towards good deeds for the sake of Allah and forbid the evil.

According to me:
Pakistan is a book of flowers, where there are many flowers with different cultures and languages spoken

Revolution of Somalia

The revolution of Somalia is uprising since last three months and the people need the new face in the government and there is no one listening what people needed? So that revolution is increasing day be day, some people died during the revolution and other hurts.many people injured and get hospitalized.  During the revolution there are many problems of communication, transportation which is necessary for the citizens  at that moment. The government says that people doing revolution should stop doing this, if they won’t we start arresting them and that will be get eagle for everyone doing revolution. The prime minister sent the last warning to the people that they have to stop revolution as soon as possible because this making life miserable of many people.

Ayatul kursi saves girl from attack . It really Help :) Subhanallah

Brothers and sisters, this story that I am about to post is not a story that I witness it's an article that I read from a newspaper which I found very interesting so I thought I should share with u guys.

The story is about a young woman who was raped in a small dark alley one evening. On a separate evening around the same time, a young Muslim girl was walking home from college. Aware that it was getting dark fast, she wanted to get home as soon as possible, so her mother would not be worrying about her being outside alone at night.

The young Muslim girl faced a dilemma. To take the short-cut down the same alleyway to avoid getting home after dark, or to take the longer route and have her mother worrying sick about her daughters safety. Conscious of the time, she takes the alleyway. While the girl is walking she sees a rather sinister and dark figure of a man walking towards her from the other end. As her pace quickens, she begins to read
Ayat-ul-kuris for her safety. The man, he makes eye contact but carries on walking. When the young Muslim grill reaches home she tells her family about this sinister looking man, they advise her to contact the police, after having read the newspaper article some time before. When she contacts the police they ask her to give a physical description of the man, it matches the description the rape victim had given.

Some days later the young Muslim girl receives a phone call from the police, asking her if she would come down to the police station to identify the man in a line up. Both the rape victim and the Muslim girl pick out the same man. The police are confused; they ask the rapist why he attacked one grill and not the other. In reference to the Muslim grill, he replies "why would I attack her? When she was walking with two huge men on either side of her?" Alhamdulillahi Rabbil Aalameen.
In my view its true that it works a lot… it saves u from every wrong way.
We really need to use it everyday:

Rasool Allah peace be upon him said, "Whoever recites Aayatul Kursi after every Fard (Fard Salat). Only death is keeping him/her from entering Jannah. (As soon as he/she dies, will enter Jannah)
(Nisa'i, Ibne Habban, Ibnelsani A'n Abi Amatah Albahili Radiallah Anhu).

Students of IBA arrange a workshop named as IBA HR Summit 2011. I attended this workshop at regent plaza and the experience and knowledge which I gain from there was amazing. Different HR Gurus were there for giving us knowledge abbot the importance of HR in the market. I really inspire by Shireen Naqvi (CEO of School of Leadership). The importance of HR in the market is given by different Gurus and we got to know about how it works. In my views after taking that session I m very sure HR is a field of knowledge, delegation success, leadership, skills and last but not the least effectiveness and efficiency.

Education Problem In Pakistan

Education is one of the biggest issues in Pakistan, which gives us only academic education, and neglects the technical side of education which is the basis of the today's education world. According to my point of view the teaching quality is very poor in the primary section it effects the base of the student and they cannot grow with skills- these can be seen easily in Government schools. What Government is doing for education? Nothing. In Government schools teachers are also not well educated and students don't have enough facilities to grow and progress with newly enhance skills in their lives. For me it’s true, if they don't get a proper education they definitely participate and join political parties (especially Boys) because students have to spend their time, if teachers are not professional then it affects the student and the country illiteracy rate also.
Government should have to take serious action with this problem because it’s effecting the new generation, and their futures.

Leaders are servants. How far do u agree !

Leaders are the ones who are responsible for the development of a society. If we just talk about leaders i just wish to say one thing and that is: “To be a leader and to lead a society is a big responsibility ”. Leaders are servants are really true as there work is to serve humanity and to care about the well-being of a society and the people of society as well. Leader of a society and a country should have one aim in mind that is to work for the betterment of a society. The meaning of servants as far as we are concerned over here is to work and give a better future to the people as Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah did. A leader should live and die for his country, to be always ready to do every thing when there is a question of  a happiness of ones society’s people . While selecting someone as a leader , the people expects a lot from that person but, somewhere we get dishonest and disloyal leaders, and sometimes we get the best leaders , but nowadays to have a best leader and to find the best leader have get little tough. Leader should know all the rights of humanity. Leaders should first think about His country, then family and in last about his own self.
